We haven’t heard anything about release dates for the Xperia Z Ultra here in the UK, but according to Sony Mobile Communications Taiwan, the device could be set to land in Taiwan by the end of this month.
That’s according to Sony Mobile Communications Taiwan, who says that it will be coming to Chungwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, Far EasTone Telcommunications and Vivo Telecom.
Pricing for the Xperia Z Ultra has also been announced, with it being a rather reasonable NT$22,900 which translates into around £500/$760.
That’s not all that unreasonable considering the amount of phone you are getting — all 6.4 inches of it, as well as some pretty impressive specs.
If you’re in Taiwan then you can pre-order the Xperia Z Ultra between July 24-26 from any one of the carriers offering it.
We here in the UK though, we’ll have to wait a bit longer, although online retailers Expansys and Clove have both said it should arrive in September.
