The Lumia 625 will be available through the UK operator EE, Mobile News has reported.

The Lumia 625 was unveiled today and EE is the first operator to confirm they will offer the device here in the UK through their EE, Orange and T-Mobile brands. EE has been unable to confirm prices so far on any contracts for the Lumia 625.

As the the only network currently offering 4G connectivity EE will be able to take full advantage of the 4G functionality of the Lumia 625.

When Lumia 625   goes on sale later this year it will retail for around £200 SIM-free, making it one of the lowest priced 4G-ready handsets available in the UK.

Other networks are expected to follow EE’s lead and begin releasing the availability of the Lumia 625 with other carriers later this week.
