The Sony Xperia T is the new flagship phone of its Android range. What’s more, it’s also set to star in the next James Bond movie, Skyfall, and you can pick up this exclusive variant only from O2.

The Sony Xperia T delivers a 4.6-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280-pixels, pretty much the same as the previously launched Sony Xperia S. The screen is made from shatterproof, scratch-resistant glass and comes with a 323ppi pixel density.

Weighing in at 139g and measuring 129.4 x 67.3 x 9.4mm, you’ll find the Sony Xperia T packs in an impressive 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

Sony is highly respected for its camera prowess and the Sony Xperia T doesn’t let the side down, coming with a 13-Megapixel camera and HD video recording.

For the budding spy in us all, you’ll find the Sony Xperia T is pre-loaded with a host of Skyfall related features, including photos from the upcoming movies, Bond ringtones and screensavers.

What we like about the images is they come geo-tagged, so you can pinpoint their location on a map, so if you ever get the opportunity you can visit the real life locations yourself.

On the downside, it ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich instead of the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. However, Sony is making the right noises about an update being well in-hand and due to arrive soon after launch.

The exclusive Sony Xperia T, aka ‘The Bond Phone’, will be available from O2 and is set to cost £36 a month on O2€²s On & On tariff, or you can opt to pay £429.99 (inc. VAT) for the prepay version
