Gamers who pre-order  Alien: Isolation are set to receive some pretty cool perks.

Developer Creative Assembly is currently adding two exclusive missions to the title that feature members of the cast of the 1979 original Alien film.

As a result, Sigourney Weaver and members of the original cast are lending their voices and likeness to the game.

The two missions allow players to take on the roles of either Yapphet Kotto’s Parker, Tom Skeritt’s Nostromo captain Dallas or the film’s iconic heroin; Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley.

The first mission entitled ‘Crew Expendable’ sees players exploring the Nostromo to track down the alien.

A second mission called ‘Last Survivor’, casts players as Ripley as she races to activate Nostromo’s self-destruct sequence. It’s a mission only available as a pre-order bonus from select retailers, although details of participating retailers has not yet been revealed.

Additionally, Ian Holm’s Ash and Veronica Cartwright’s Lambert will also make appearances as part of the bonus content.

There has, however, been no mention of Harry Dean Stanton’s Brett or John Hurt’s Kane. We can only hope the latter, with additional Chestburster, will also be made available in the near future.

Alien: Isolation is due for release on 7 October on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and last-gen consoles.
