5.7-inch Galaxy Note III set for IFA unveiling?

If you’re sick of all the rumours about the Galaxy Note III, then I have some good news for you — this is yet another one, with a South Korea report claiming that the device will be revealed at IFA 2013 in Germany.

It is rumoured that the device will feature a 5.7-inch screen, which will be fitting since the different between the original Note and the Note II was only 0.2 inches, so this would be the same difference between the Note II and Note III.

The Korea Herald also brought up the possibility of a phablet version of the iPhone, claiming that Samsung was in a far superior position than Apple thanks to its years of experience developing larger screen handsets.

We wouldn’t take a Korea Herald report too seriously, it inaccurately reported that the Galaxy Mega devices will come with a built-in stylus, something we discovered wasn’t true.

Adding credence is the fact that Samsung did actually unveil the Galaxy Note II at the event last year, but whether it will unveil the follow-up at the same place will have to wait until September.
