Apple Music was announced at Apple’s World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC), but Android users will have to pay for the service whilst Apple owners get it for free.

iOS users can get two versions of the service; a free edition with limited features and a paid for edition that comes packed with unlimited listening, offline listening and music recommendations.

Apple Music features

The free version comes with Beats 1 radio station, all the Apple Music radio stations (with limited skipping), the option to follow artists on Connect and view an artist’s feed, too.

It also turns out that Android users won’t get the free version and will have to choose the paid for version if they want to use it. Android users will still get three months of the premium service for free, however.
