Samsung working on health and fitness device?

Is Samsung preparing to enter the health and fitness tracking arena alongside Nike, Adidas and Jawbone?

That seems to be the case according to a tweet from mysterious gadget leaker evleaks. See below:

Although the tweet is low on on details, it has led some observers to speculate that the company is working on another wearable device, this time within the health and fitness sector.

Samsung’s only previous venture into wearables was the  Galaxy Gear  smartwatch, which arrived to a lukewarm critical and commercial reception last year.

Should another device be in the works for Samsung it’s entirely possibly it may see the light of day at the company’s Unpacked event during  Mobile World Congress 2014, scheduled for 24 February.
