Samsung Galaxy S7 Geekbench scores leaked

Samsung’s soon to be released device the galaxy S7 has popped up on Geekbench scores, measuring up quite impressively with great scores.  

A leakster from popular microblogging site Weibo, had leaked the alleged S7 scoresheet. It revealed an S7 using a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 scoring 2456 in single-core performance, and 5423 in multi-core performance.

Compared to the iPhone 6s which scored 4,351 in multi-core test.  In terms of single-core test it managed to nudge Galaxy S7 by 39 points. It scored 2495 points. This is Apple’s optimisation showing here.

Another variant of the S7 had emerged recently, sporting Samsung’s in-house processor the Exynos 8890. Single-core score is an impressive 2294, whilst multi-core was 6908. The Exynos 8890 variant is expected to launch in emerging markets like China and India.

The S7 is surrounded by rumours at the moment with recent whispers claiming the S7 will have liquid cooling and possibly an advanced version of 3D and Force Touch.
