Porsche Design to have another crack at a Blackberry device?

Porsche make some great cars, but they’ve only tried designing a phone once — and that was the P’9981, a variant of the Bold 9900 which didn’t sell particularly well. The company hasn’t been disheartened though, with it taking another crack at designing a phone, but this time a variant of the Z10.

According to the leaked photo by Tinhte.vn, who has been reliable in the past, it’s exactly the same as an ordinary Z10 but with some design elements added to both the hardware and software.

The likelihood is that the differently designed software is not going to be anything more than a glorified skin, much like with the P’9981, but there’s no concrete details as of yet.

If you’re hoping to get your hands on one then you might want to wait a little longer with the launch date being rumoured as sometime next year with a retail price of around $2,000.
