Nokia takes aim at iPhone in spoof ad

Nokia has taken on Apple in a spoof commercial claiming that the iPhone’s camera is inferior to that of the Lumia series.

It starts off like Apple’s own “every day” advert in which the  Cupertino-based company  says that it has the most used camera phone in the world, but then rewinds and starts talking about how Nokia cares more about quality than quantity.

Nokia has mimicked Apple’s style almost perfectly, with similar music, visuals and the narrator — which all together make this a very effective campaign.

This is just the latest advertising campaign where Nokia has taken its aim at Apple and the iPhone in particular, with an ad which said that iPhone users were zombies.

It’s not just Nokia who is attacking Apple in advertising, Samsung began the trend by insulting the iPhone users directly, rather than just the phone.

What do you think? Is it time for the attack ads to finish or is this enough to persuade you to switch? Let us know in the comments below.
