Meizu U10 and U20 announced in China, available to buy from Meizu Mall, Jingdong Mall, Lynx Official Flagship Store and Tesco starting tomorrow.
The new handsets come with a metal frame and premium glass finish on both sides. The rear camera sensor is sat in the top left corner, just like on an iPhone.
Meizu U10 and U20 are pretty similar
The Meizu U10 is the smaller of the two handsets, featuring a 5-inch display of which the resolution is currently unknown. The processor is listed as an octa-core but once again, Meizu has declined to mention the model or clock speed. RAM is a decent 2GB, which is about right for a budget handset. The rear camera is a megapixel sensor, while the front camera is a 5 megapixel shooter. Storage capacity is 16GB , while the battery is 2,760mAh.
The Meizu U20 is the bigger brother and as such, features a few improvements over the smaller U10. Meizu has given this device a larger 5.5-inch panel and stated that the resolution is 1080p. There’s also a bigger 3,260mAh battery. Other than this, hardware specifications are identical to the U10.
Both handsets feature a mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor and will run on the Android 6.0 operating system, with the YunOS launcher installed.
