LG Vu 3 is coming. LG are planning to update their Vu range of smartphones in the form of the LG Vu 3. News of the device’s existence first popped up today, suggesting that it will be launching in October in Korea. A Korean microsite has also popped up under the company’s direction, giving you a good view.
Not familiar with the Vu line? We don’t blame you. It’s oddly sized with a 5 inch, 4:3 aspect ratio design, and only relevant to Asian territories. Its most recent incarnation was the LG Optimus Vu II. The company has since dropped the Optimus branding, and advertising for this latest model has included two different QuickView cases which are semi-transparent. In terms of specs you can expect a Snapdragon 800 chipset, a 13-megapixel rear camera and LTE-Advanced support.
It should launch next month in Korea alongside carriers like KT Telecom, SK Telecom and LG U+.
