We’re not entirely sure what LG has up its sleeves for phones this CES, but we do know that the company is prepped to reveal new TVs at next week’s show. One such set, a new LG Smart TV, named webOS, has allegedly been leaked.
If it checks out then the operating system used in this new OS is changing things up a bit. Previous LG Smart TVs have used an OS similar to smartphones, but here it seems like we can scroll through a range of cards.
You can also see a bunch of apps that should accompany the TV. Nothing that’s entirley new to the world of smart TVs, but some essential additions like Skype are welcome.
CES starts on January 7, so be prepared for a lot more news.
