Lenovo’s CES has got off to a start with the annoucement of the Lenovo ThinkPad 8, a small tablet designed to help out with the working lifestlye.
Boasting an 8.3-inch display, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 runs Windows 8.1 on a quad-core Intel Bay Trail processor with 2GB of RAM. The storage space models cap out at a lovely 128GB, with room for expansion on microSD.
Crucially, the thing is fitted with plenty of ports, allowing for it to fit to monitors and keyboards for use with Microsoft Office, which is built-in.
Elsewhere the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 ticks all the boxes. There’s a 10-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing one. It will be available with a 4G and 3G option along with just Wi-Fi. Pricing starts at $449 and it will hit the US at the very least at the end of the month.
