Xiaomi has finally announced via their Facebook page that the Mi Store will officially open in the UK, Germany, France and USA on June 1st.

So, you may have read a previous article at Whatmobile which said that the Xiaomi Store had been launched May 19th. Well, it technically did launch back then but in beta form.

Today, once again via their Facebook, Xiaomi has announced that the store will officially launch June 1st, presumably meaning it comes out of beta. Aside from this, little has changed with the Chinese firms business model and they will continue to offer only accessories until further notice.

To reiterate what was already said, the company announced on Facebook: “For the first time ever, fans in the US, UK, France and Germany can shop and purchase star accessories like the 5000mAh and 10400mAh Mi power banks, Mi Band and Mi Headphones.”

The company is still advising you sign up early and register an account with the Mi Store to avoid missing out on their introductory offers. Sharing the link on Facebook also enters you into a competition to win one of three Mi Bands.
