There are some stories that simply speak for themselves. Sometimes you can’t provide any context or explain anything, and you simply have to let the words (or images) do the talking. This is one such story.

At a recent HTC end of year party, CEO Peter Chou and Chairwoman Cher Wang got on stage to front a band singing a song all about the company’s key values. It’s called ‘We Are One’, and it was performed to just about the entirety of the company’s Taiwanese staff in a sizeable open-air arena.

We Are One is said to embody principles like love, faith, courage, and the passion to change the world (if Google Translate is to be belived). If you’re a fan of middle-aged businesspeople singing in questionable tune about a mobile phone company then the video is embedded in all its glory at the top of the page.
