You better get your Vault cleaned up and prepare for the apocalypse because Bethesda has just dropped a nuclear pipebomb and announced the release date for Fallout 4.

The game will be coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC November 10th this year, which really isn’t that far away. The game was briefly revealed at E3 2015 where we got some short gameplay footage and interesting details about the highly anticipated post-apocalyptic RPG.

The team behind Fallout 4 revealed that they’ve been working on the game since 2009, which is a long time considering todays release cycles. It will feature an incredibly deep character customisation option with the ability to craft every little minute facial feature. They also revealed that the game will include a fully dynamic dialogue system which allows the character to walk away at any point.

Possibly the biggest announcement was a fully dynamic weapon crafting system which allows over 700 modifications. The 50 included base weapons will have various permutations that can all be altered and swapped throughout your journey. Even better, every resource is an item in Fallout 4 meaning that you can build “anything you can imagine”. Just how deep this actually goes is still unclear but we expect Bethesda will demonstrate the mechanic very soon.

And yes, we can finally modify our Power Armour!
