Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge owners who think they’ve protected their phones with a Clear View case might be in for a shock.

Some users have reported that their S6 phones have been scratched by debris resting between the Samsung-made Clear View case and the S6’s display. As the name suggests, Clear View cases are transparent cases designed for the Galaxy S6.

The debris has reportedly created visible scratches as the flap of the case moves against the S6’s display. It’s not just the display that’s taking some damage. The home button is also feeling the pain.

Reports say that Samsung is looking into the issue and has acknowledge the existence. A number of users have contacted different Samsung branches about the issue and were told that the manufacturer is taking its time to come up with a fix or compensation for those affected.
