I’ve blinked, so there must be a new Samsung device to report about. Oh look! A Samsung dual-SIM handset!

The FCC has revealed something by the name of Samsung SM-G7102. Confusing codename aside, it’s apparently an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean smartphone with a display at 5.25-inches, running in 720p.

The processor is said to be at 2.3GHz, meaning it should be using a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset. The dimensions are listed too at 147 x 75.1mm. As GSM Arena speculates, this is likely a Samsung dual-SIM device, probably hitting East Asia first. It could then be positioned as a low-cost alternative to the dual-SIM Galaxy Note 3.

We don’t know if it will show its face anywhere else.
