Shortly after the announcement of the Phillips S616, the expected bigger phablet version has surfaced.

The device was seen last month, leaked through Chinese regulators TENAA. It seems the S616L will be a phablet, a massive phablet  with a 6.5 inch IPS display, capable of 720p video. Powering the S616L will be a Snapdragon 410 with 2GB of ram. Storage is 16GB internal and only expandable to a measly 32GB. It will run Android 4.4 Kit Kat just like the recently announced S616.

The snapper is 13 megapixels with the front-facing with a good 5 megapixels. Battery capacity is 3000 mAh, which will definitely do the job considering the quad-core processor and overall low specs. SoftBlue technology is the device’s unique selling point, which boasts to reduce harmful blue light to your eyes by 86%.

So far gold is the only colour available but more will most likely be available at launch.
