Periscope gets landscape video support

Periscope has received a much requested update that finally brings landscape recording to the application.

Video broadcasting application Periscope has gotten a big update today that finally brings landscape orientation to your recordings. Version 1.2 of the app will now automatically adjust to the rotation and begin broadcasting to your fellow viewers in the correct orientation mode. There’s also new functionality which allows video sharing on other people’s feeds, plus a mutual follow feature which connects friends of friends together.

The application is available to download from the App Store and Google Play now.
