Perfect fit: OnePlus teases new USB Type-C cable

OnePlus has teased the OnePlus 2’s USB Type-C cable. The 2 is set to be the first flagship smartphone to have the new connection. 

The new USB Type-C cable has many benefits over previous USB cables. It’s reversible, which allows you to plug the cable in any way around and it will still work.

The brand has previously teased the new feature in a tweet.

Data transfer speeds are also quicker at 10Gbps, which is much faster than your regular USB cables. It will also charge devices quicker.

It might just be a USB cable, but it’s a feature that could help the 2 stand out against the competition.
