We are all used to having smartphones in our pockets and everywhere we go, but when we’re at home the likelihood is you still have a landline.

Panasonic has realised somewhat of a disparity between the latest smartphones and the landlines we all go and buy, so it has decided to combine the two with the Panasonic KX-PRX120.

Whilst it might not be a very glossy name for a homephone turned smartphone, the device itself packs something you don’t see in many landlines ‘ Android.

Unfortunately the Android version on-board isn’t the latest and greatest version of Jelly Bean, nor is it Jelly Bean at all ‘ in fact you’re only getting Ice Cream Sandwich.

You will get a 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen display, a microSD slot, WiFi and Bluetooth, and an optional answering machine.

You even get a front facing camera, so you’ll even be able to video chat using that Skype app you’re bound to download from the Google Play Store.
