The OnePlus Australian soft launch has officially gone live today, allowing those down under to finally get their hands on the latest OnePlus 5 flagship.
Those looking for information regarding the handset can check the information below, announced last week on the forum. All devices purchased during the soft launch come with a standard two year warranty and free returns up to fifteen calendar days from purchase.
Pricing for the handset will be as follows:
6GB RAM + 64GB Storage version $599
8GB RAM + 128GB Storage version $699
Colour choices available will be Midnight Black and Slate Grey. OnePlus is also offering a free Sandstone Protective Case with every handset purchase for a limited time.
The company was quick to say that this is a soft launch, so current prices are not indicative of how much the device will cost when it undergoes a wider release. OnePlus will be holding a number of events in September across Australia to promote the flagship, including Sydney and Melbourne.
OnePlus are only selling the phone to mainland Australia which includes Tasmania. Handsets will be supplied with a UK Type G plug adapter.
