OnePlus 2 will be less stressful to buy than OnePlus One

If you’re worried that the OnePlus 2 will be just as hard to purchase as the OnePlus One, then we have some good news for you.

The 2, just like the One, will require an invite to purchase when it launches on July 27. There are some difference now, as OnePlus highlighted in a blog post. More handsets, apparently 30 to 50 times the number available last year, will be available upon launch.

It should also be much easier to get an invite. There’ll be a reservation list letting you sign up and you’ll get an invite when one becomes available. Early forum supporters will get priority.

OnePlus 2 invites

If you’re lucky enough to get a 2, you can then invite friends to buy one too. This scheme was available last year, but shareable invites will go out much quicker than before.

This will hopefully make it easier to get a OnePlus 2, and you’ll also get a physical invite card.
