OnePlus 2 rumours continue to creep in, with the latest giving a quick run-down of some of the internals that we can expect in the upcoming flagship killer.

With the OnePlus 2 looming over the horizon, we’re starting to hear more and more about this elusive handset. The newest rumour comes from Mobipicker and details the internal hardware of the upcoming device. As always, take things such as this with a pinch of salt.

The report claims that the device will have a 5.5 inch screen with a 1080p display and 3GB RAM. Confusingly, the official OnePlus Twitter has already confirmed that the device will feature 4GB RAM. So there is a little but of misinformation conflict going on here. The reported 1080p screen seems plausible, especially as QHD screens are not one the most requested features by average users due to their battery guzzling demands. Perhaps the OnePlus 2 will only have 3GB usable RAM, with a further 1GB reserved for other tasks?

Other things hinted on in the report include a 16 megapixel rear camera plus a 5 megapixel front camera, witch a humongous 3,300mAh battery sure to please heavy users. They also hinted at the possibility of 64GB built-in storage, with no word on expandability. Hopefully, OnePlus decide to include the option for MicroSD support.

The OnePlus 2 is due to launch on July 27th in a world first virtual reality reveal.
