Toshiba isn’t a name we mention all that much on What Mobile seeing as, well, it doesn’t do all that much in the phone space these days. But the new Toshiba Dynabook is worth noting.

Named the KIRA V634, the company’s latest laptop has an estimated and super-impressive lifespan of 22 hours. Not even we manage to get 22 hours of laptop usage a day, so this things bound to last us a good while before needing to charge. It has a 13-inch, 1366 x 768 display, weighing in at just 1.12kg.

There’s a 2560 x 1440 version going too, as well as a Dynabook Kira V834 that boasts 14 hours of battery instead. That latter also comes with touchscreen for all those swipe-lovers.

We haven’t heard of a release outside of Japan just yet, but over there the new Toshiba laptops will go for 153,000 yen ( £934) for the V834 and 144,000 yen ( £897) for the V634, launching on November 20th. Hey, that’s tomorrow!
