Motorola has updated its list of Android devices that will receive the new Marshmallow update.

You may remember last year when Motorola announced a list of devices that would be getting the Android Marshmallow update. Oddly, the second generation Moto E wasn’t included on said list, despite being a budget superstar that was only released in February this year. Well, it seems that Motorola has listened to fans and included the device in a new list update… Albeit with a catch, the update will only be available in ‘select regions’ including Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia (excluding China).

It’s also worth noting that the new Moto X Force will receive the update, plus the DROID Maxx 2 and DROID Turbo 2. Motorola has not confirmed dates for when all this roll out but have assured that more news will be announced ‘in the coming weeks’.
