A system dump of the LG G Watch leaked to Twitter has revealed some interesting info about the upcoming Android Wear smartwatch.
The device, according to this dump, will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset (MSM8226), a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor and Adreno 305 graphics. This hardware will be running Android 4.4W, which assumably refers to this “Wear” version of Android.
Additionally, a quick unpacking of the system dump reveals a set of applications that will be included with the device by default, most notably are listings in the “apk” folder for an alarm app, a compass app, a stop watch, and a timer. Also listed are apk files for Bluetooth, Google Maps “Micro” and a “DeskClockMicroApp”.
