iMessage gets spam reporting tool ahead of iOS 7

iOS 7 allows you to block Apple IDs for both iMessage and FaceTime, but those of you who are stuck on iOS 5 or 6 have no other option to deal with those people who just won’t leave you alone.

Now if someone is sending you unwanted messages all you have to do is email Apple’s dedicated Spam hotline — and they’ll investigate the account for you.

It’s a pretty simple thing for what is likely a huge problem for some users of iOS.
