Huawei Ascend W2 arrives in Europe

When you think Windows Phone, we’re sure you think Nokia, but there is another company who hopes to tempt you with a Windows Phone device — and that company is Huawei. The company unveiled the W2 quite a while ago, but it wasn’t available in Europe, although that’s all set to change from November.

The phone isn’t exactly going to entice many fans away from Nokia, with extremely basic specs, with a dual-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor, and a rather low-res 480 x 800 resolution display. It’s also not in the same league as the Lumia 1520, with just a 4.3-inch screen.

The device is already available in China, but the it’s set to arrive in Russia and the Netherlands in November.
