Benchmarks for the rumoured HTC One A9 have been posted online which show range-topping performance.

The alleged HTC One A9 has popped up on popular benchmarking tool Geekbench and posted some hugely impressive test scores. A Chinese benchmarking website under the name juggly.cn managed to get a screen grab of the results, which sh0w a monster 10-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor.

The scores were 1835 for single-core tasks and 5884 for multi-core tasks. The former falls just short of the top spot, with the Tegra K1 powered Nexus 9 narrowly beating it with 1887. However, it absolutely blazes the multi-core test, with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge coming a lowly second with only 4387.
