HTC could unveil a brand new flagship smartphone to its range. That’s according to prolific leaker Evan Blass a.k.a @evleaks.
The Twitter leaker has been out of the leaking game until recently where he name dropped the HTC Aero, apparently launching this Autumn. He claims the Aero is the company’s next high-end handset.
It’s likely that ‘Aero’ is a codename, so it’s still unclear what name the finished product may have. Blass claims the device will be revealed this Autumn. There’s no further information on hardware or software yet, but those details will likely be revealed closer to the rumoured release date.
HTC Aero
HTC CEO Cher Wang told investors at the start of June that Taiwanese brand would be launching a new ‘hero’ phone in October. She didn’t reveal much else, but she was likely referring to the Aero.
Hopefully the new device will be as great as the One M9, if not better. We gave it a top score in our review.
