It’s not secret that GIFs have become one of the kings of the internet, thanks to the likes of internet culture websites such as Memebase, Reddit and 4Chan. Giphy capitalised on this as a one-stop shop for all things GIF related and the internet cried tears of joy.

But what if you wanted to insert them into a Gmail message? Well never fear because Giphy has just released a new Chrome browser extension that gives a dedicated Giphy button permanent residence in your browser. Just click on the rainbow icon in the corner after installing the extension and prepare to have access to thousands of trending GIFs at the click of a button, which can be added in-line to any Gmail message you desire!

To experience the awesomeness, head to the link here and install it to your browser. Let the madness commence.
