One of the biggest and best features about the Mac Pro is the 4K video editing. The super powered hardware is ideal for arranging high-resolution videos, and now Apple’s Final Cut Pro software has been updated to support it.
Final Cut Pro has received a huge update to Version 10.1. This upgrade optimises the video editing programme to run on the new hardware. It adds 4K monitoring over Thunderbolt 2 and HDMI. It’s available on all devices, but the high bandwidth requirements will restrict the types of Macs that can use it.
You’ll be able to upload 4K videos to Youtube too, along with some changes to a few admin bits and pieces like clip organisation. So we’ve arrived at the future, and it is in 4K.
