The Barclays Premier League attracts top-class players from around the world, many who have difficult-to-pronounce names. Football pundits have been known to pronounce these names incorrectly themselves, and it hasn’t taken long for Chinese phone manufacturer Huawei to poke fun at them in a video.

The manufacturer has teamed up with Arsenal Football Club to shoot the video, which is set in the fictional School of Pronunciation. In the video, which can be viewed below, football pundits John Hartson, Ray Parlour and Nigel Winterburn are being given a crash course on how to pronounce the names of Arsenal players who have become victims of mispronunciation. Arsenal players who make a guest appearance include French defender Laurent Koscielny and Polish goalie Wojciech Szczesny.

Huawei even have a poke at themselves, as all three pundits are taught how to pronounce the manufacturer’s name, which we sometimes struggle saying ourselves.

Do you struggle to pronounce any footballer’s names? Which footballer do you think has the funniest surname? Let us know in the comments below.
