Benchmarks for the new Apple iPhone 6s have been posted on-line and show a strong performance boost.
With the Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus just around the corner, we’re all eagerly awaiting to see how the device performs in the wild. it just so happens that one lucky AT&T customer in the United States got their hands on an early iPhone 6s in Rose Gold and posted benchmarks to prove it.
Unsurprisingly, it posted significantly higher results than any Apple device previously. Geekbench scores were almost 50% faster than the previous iPhone 6, with single core performance hitting 2292 and multi-core performance managing 4232.
This is a huge result that completely destroys all other devices on single-performance scoring. GSMArena posted a handy table showing how it compares to Samsung’s best and needless to say, they were a long way behind.
