The Android 4.3 update was announced back in June, but users of Android smartphones are used to being forced to wait months for the simplest of updates — with 4.3 including support for Bluetooth low energy and 4K resolution support.  UK networks are set to announce their launch plans for the Android 4.3 update on the HTC One at some point next week, but it all begun two weeks ago in Taiwan.
