Acer Liquid E2 on-sale now at Three

Three has finally gotten round to stocking an Acer smartphone, with the Liquid E2 being the first device to be carried by the mobile network.

The Liquid E2 is like the baby brother of the Liquid S1, despite it actually being older, with a 4.5-inch LCD display, with a resolution of 540×960. Just because it’s the little brother doesn’t mean it can’t throw a punch or two, with the E2 featuring a quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM — meaning it’s a capable device for a low-price.

With prices starting at just £17 on contract and £149.99 on Pay As You Go, it’s hard to see why Three has taken this long to pick up the device — which was announced in April.

Acer may not be a mammoth in the phone industry, but offering high specs on a budget device may help it claw its way to the top.
