Uber wants you to use iOS and Android instead

A Redditor was sent official instructions from Uber to use iOS or Android, after having difficulties booking with the taxi app on her Windows Phone.

Redditor amb9800 was having problems with the Uber app, saying the app became laggy and points of interest not appearing. amb9800 decided to complain after being charged more for a ride on UberPOOL than she would’ve on UberX. This was Uber’s reply:

Uber and Microsoft were thought to have been working closely together as Microsoft boasted how Cortana can order you an Uber Taxi, with a voice command.
