Star Wars emojis available on Twitter

Twitter users can now express their love of Star Wars with stormtrooper, C-3PO or BB-8 droid emojis.

The social media platform has partnered with Disney and Lucasfilm to introduce the three emojis in celebration of the December release of “Star Wars – The Force Awakens.” They announced the big news yesterday (April 16).

Twitter promised that more new characters from “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens,” and characters from past Star Wars films, will also be introduced soon.

How to post Star Wars emojis

Posting these emojis is simple. Just add #C3PO, #Stormtrooper or #BB8 and the emojis will appear in your tweet.
