BuzzVoice app review

Now available as a free ad-funded version, BuzzVoice is the perfect news aggregator for those who don’t even have time to stop and skim-read.

Drawing from a selection of 1,600 news sources covering everything from technology to sports (don’t worry, you get to set the parameters), BuzzVoice will read each news item out to you.

Of course, it’s likely that at least a few of your favourite news sources aren’t supported, and the synthesised voice programme (which switches between male and female variants) sounds ridiculous when reading out informal speech. But it’s an interesting alternative to squinting at a
3.5-inch screen.
