Aweditorium app review

Forget blogs: the whizziest way to discover new music is now an iPad app. Aweditorium makes great use of Apple’s tablet too, with an interface perfectly suited for its large touchscreen display.

It serves up songs in a big grid of thumbnail images, which you tap to start playing each song.

Once playing, you can mark tracks as liked, pull up more info on the band, and share your finds on Twitter and Facebook. The music’s a mixture of styles and genres, albeit more skewed towards alternative and folk. There’s some good stuff, too, making it an addictive app.
