ZTE launches Skate, with Gingerbread

After the ZTE Blade (aka Orange San Francisco), ZTE is proving itself as a company offering top-end performance for entry-level money. Now they’ve added the ZTE Slate, with Android 2.3, to its range.

The new device, running the latest Android operating system, will come with a 4.3-inch capacitive, multi-touch, display and 800MHz processor with Adreno 200 graphics co-processor.

The ZTE Skate kicks off the ‘Light Your Smart World’ product strategy that consists of the Android-powered Amigo Slide, Blade (as the Orange branded San Francisco) and the F952 phone powered on Qualcomm’s BREW platform.
