Xiaomi held a “Grand Finale” event where the Chinese company finally unveiled the Redmi Note 3.
The Redmi Note 3 is Xioami’s first all metal phone, with a bulkier build over it’s predecessor. It also packs a bigger battery with 4000 mAh, almost a thousand more than the Redmi Note 2. Xiaomi has also included fast charging for the massive battery. There is a fingerprint sensor on the back for a more natural transition.
Running things is a MediaTek Helio X10, helping things along is 2GB of RAM with the 16GB version. There is a bigger 32GB version with 3GB of ram.
The screen gets an interesting new feature as Xiaomi introduces it’s own Sunlight Display technology. Assumedly the it’s for better viewing angles when out in the sun. The screen measures up at 5.5 inches with a full HD screen.
Snapper wise it will have a 13 megapixel camera with phase detection auto-focus. Not much else was said about the camera, but expect more info on it soon.
