Time for more rumours now, and this one comes with a side order of phablets and Lumias. You’ve heard of the Lumia 1520, but how about the Lumia 929?

Windows Phone Central is citing sources ‘familiar in the matter’ in saying that US carrier Verizon will be launching its own Nokia Lumia 929 in November. Apparently this is another phablet device, complete with a 5 inch screen. There’s also AT&T’s 6 inch Lumia 1520 phablet for consideration. Nokia’s been busy with these things, it would seem.

Apparently there’s a November 6 inventory date attached to the device, which will retail at $500 (some $200 off of AT&T’s larger offering). The price will perhaps be reflected in the phone’s specs, though it is thought that both the 929 and 1520 will offer a 20 MP PureView camera. So far the 929 is thought to be launching in both black and white models, although a red version has also been rumoured for further down the line.

If true, then there’s every chance that this is another Nokia World announcement, of which there are said to be many.
