Samsung’s (nauseating) Galaxy S4 tease

Samsung has released a video teasing the soon-to-be-launched Galaxy S4.

The buzz has been building for a while, with rumours flying about the phone’s hardware, including whether it will run the new Exynos 5 Octa processor, and when it would launch.

After handing out paper invites at Mobile World Congress, Samsung confirmed the event for March 14th in Times Square, New York, and today released this teaser video.  Be warned – you may need a bucket handy:

Oh Jeremy, you scamp! Dressed as you are in a miniature business suit, you definitely distract from the fact that a) absolutely nothing is revealed about the phone except that, as Techcrunch noted, it’s not larger than a one foot cube and is possibly incandescent and b) the video brings one word to mind – not what, but why?!

Word to the wise – the video’s way better with captions turned on, including the unforgettable quote,  ‘Watson staring me’ instead of the scripted, and much less funny, ‘What’s in the box, Jeremy?’

Anyway.  I’m hoping the lead up gets way better, very quickly, possibly involving Jeremy removing his mask to reveal he’s a member of that fabled species, the Crab People, and battling Jane, aka the Queen of the Mole People, for supremacy of the new device.
