Samsung gives Galaxy S the Giorgio Armani touch

Samsung has given the Galaxy S an extended life with the special-edition Giorgio Armani branded version.

The phone has an Armani-patterned back metal cover and a customised interface with exclusive content, including ringtones, fonts and on/off animations.

It includes all of the standard features from the Galaxy S, but will ship with Android 2.2 out of the box when it goes on sale in January 2011 at Giorgio Armani boutiques, plus exclusively at Phones 4u on the high-street.
