The first 3G enabled Watch Phone, which can do video calling and receive data at up to 7.2Mbps per second, will be coming to the UK as an initially exclusive deal with Orange.

The wearable phone has a touchscreen interface and multimedia functions, but is just 13.9mm thick – even with the tempered glass face (with 1.43-inch screen) and strong metal casing.

All normal phone functions are possible, including texting, making calls and keeping time. Voice recognition aids dialling, while text to speech will read out your messages and other information in a true Sci-Fi fashion.

The watch goes on sale at the end of 2009 with an expected premium price, so it’s time to get saving!!
