If you’ve been waiting for Nokia’s first phablet to arrive, then you may not have much longer to wait — with AT&T in the US set to receive the Lumia 1520 on November 15. It’ll be the first Windows Phone with a 6-inch screen, and it’ll come running Windows Phone GDR3, which has opened the doors for 1080p displays and an extra row or two of live tiles.

The Lumia 1520 is Nokia’s first phablet device, but it also has another budget device planned by the name of the Lumia 1320. It’s not yet known when the 1320 will launch, but the 1520 will arrive in a variety of colours including black, white, yellow and red. You’ll also get a PureView camera, although it won’t be the resolution of the Lumia 1020, being just 20 megapixels.
